Spring Green was founded by Bonnie Stowell, a chef dedicated to whole-food, nutrient-rich ingredients. At the heart of Spring Green lies the belief that perceptions of healthy eating need to change if we are all to feel, look and be our best selves. They believe that to sleep well, look well, think well and love well, we must first eat well.

Their meals have a plant based focus and use a hybrid of raw and cooked foods for full nutritional benefit.
