Food Choices 2019

Happy New Year, 2019 is here. Have you set goals to achieve for the upcoming year? Some of us do some us do not. However a plan for action in all areas of our life and someone who holds us accountable can help us stay on track to accomplish what we have set out to do.

Some of your nutrition goals might be to eat more fruit and vegetables, cut down on meat, eat more fresh food, not eat out as much or even eat more. It would be great if you could share your desired nutrition habits for 2019 with us in the comments section below.
